Overage with a ceiling
Usage past your pool is billed quarterly, in arrears, at the rate in your order. Past 120%, Capillary may pause access until you approve the rate, so a runaway month never quietly becomes a runaway bill.
Read the full termsCredits last the term
Unused credits expire when the term does, and are not refundable or transferable. Size the pool to what you will ask.
Rates change only forward
Consumption rates can be revised with thirty days’ notice. Nothing reduces a pool you have already bought.
